“The more visits I conducted the more I have found this type of visits meaningful. The elderly are often quite depressed, feeling lonely and need cheering up. They are usually joyful at being shown some care and concern. In isolated cases, their deteriorating health conditions may necessitate closer attention and detailed evaluation. a 87 years old lady whom I have visited on last Sat, was so happy at my visit and kept asking me to drop by again from time to time though her "har mom" dialect was quite difficult to understand.
